Pick a plan and billing period at checkout. Stripe asks for a card, and nothing is charged until the 3-day trial ends. One trial per workspace; promo codes are accepted at checkout.

Upgrade or downgrade any time
Switch plans or billing period from Billing → Manage billing & invoices (the Stripe customer portal). New limits apply as soon as Stripe confirms the change.

Going below your sites
If a downgrade leaves you with more sites than the plan allows, the extra sites are paused — never deleted. You choose which stay active.

Allowances, not a meter
Each plan has monthly allowances — articles, research refreshes, audits, AI checks — and an AI budget sized for it. Reach one and the extra work waits for next month or an upgrade. You’re never billed overage.

Cancel whenever you like
Cancel in the billing portal and your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that the workspace drops to Free: the autopilot and scheduled tracking stop, nothing is deleted.

If a payment fails
We email you and keep things running while Stripe retries the payment, so a card that expired over the weekend doesn’t cost you a week.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe, which asks for a payment method before the 3-day trial starts. You aren’t charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from the billing portal. The free audit needs no card and no signup.
What counts as an article?
One long-form article written by the article engine — researched, drafted, fact-checked, optimised and scored — whether it publishes automatically or waits for review. Starter includes 15 a month, Growth 30, and Agency 30 per site.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If neither your estimated organic traffic nor your AI visibility score is above your day-0 baseline at day 90, you’re eligible for a refund of the subscription fees you paid for that site during those 90 days. It applies when autopilot publishing stays on and at least 20 articles are published in that time. The full conditions are in our Terms.
How do extra sites work on Agency?
Agency includes 5 sites. Each extra site is $39/month and comes with the same per-site allowances: 30 articles a month, 25 AI prompts and a weekly audit.
What counts as an AI prompt?
A prompt is one buyer question you track on AI engines, like “best CRM for small sales teams”. Starter checks 25 prompts on ChatGPT and Perplexity; Growth checks 100 on all four engines (25 priority prompts weekly · every prompt at least every 14 days + 2 on-demand checks per brand/month).
What are quick checks?
On-demand re-checks between scheduled runs. Each quick check re-asks the 10 least-recently-checked prompts on every engine. Paid plans include 2 per site per month.
Can I add more prompts?
Yes — prompt packs add 50 prompts each for $119/month on any paid plan. Packs are shared across the workspace, so on a multi-site plan the extra prompts are split between your sites.
Is there a free plan?
After you sign up, a workspace without a subscription gets a one-time baseline: Brand Brain, a technical audit and 10 AI prompts on ChatGPT and Perplexity. Articles, publishing and scheduled tracking need a paid plan or trial.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout when they apply.
