Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use the service.

This template must be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

The service

Mentioned queries third-party AI assistants and reports how they mention your brand, and helps you grow organic and AI-search visibility with research, generated articles, publishing to your site and technical audits. AI answers are generated by those providers, vary over time and may be inaccurate; Mentioned reports them as observed. Search-engine rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control. Apart from the 90-day growth guarantee below, we make no guarantee about any provider’s output, rankings, traffic or future visibility. You review and remain responsible for content published to your site.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled from the billing portal. Trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Plan limits and fair-use monthly call caps apply.

90-day growth guarantee

On paid plans, each site’s growth is measured from a day-0 baseline captured when growth tracking starts. If, after 90 days, neither goal below has been reached although every condition was met, you are eligible for a refund.

The goal (either one)

  • Estimated organic traffic for the site (DataForSEO’s modelled estimate of monthly organic visits) is at least 1 visit per month above the baseline; or
  • The site’s AI visibility score (0–100, across the AI engines you track) is at least 1 point above the baseline.

The conditions (all required)

  • At least 20 articles were published on the site during the 90 days.
  • Autopilot stayed on. We check at every weekly snapshot; it may be off at no more than 1 weekly check.
  • The workspace stayed on a paid plan for the whole period.

If a condition isn’t met the guarantee no longer applies to that site; the growth dashboard shows progress and anything that puts the guarantee at risk. If neither metric could be measured at both day 0 and day 90, we treat the goal as not reached. Eligible refunds cover the subscription fees paid for the guarantee period for that site and are reviewed by our team before they are issued; we may decline a refund where the data was manipulated or the service was misused.

Backlink exchange network (opt-in)

The backlink network is an optional programme, off by default and currently in waitlist mode. It only applies to sites whose owners explicitly join it and accept the disclosure below (version 2026-11-06). Exchanging links between websites can be treated as a link scheme by search engines. Joining is optional, you can leave at any time, and you should only join if you accept the risks below.

What the network does

  • Members’ newly generated articles may include one contextual link to a relevant page on another member’s site, and other members’ articles may link to yours.
  • Links are only placed between sites on related topics, inside articles that are published through your normal review or autopilot settings.

The risks

  • Google’s spam policies and other search engines’ guidelines treat links exchanged mainly to manipulate rankings (including “excessive link exchanges” and partner networks) as link spam.
  • If a search engine decides links on or to your site are part of a scheme, it may ignore those links, lower your rankings, or apply a manual action to your site.
  • No one — including us — can guarantee how a search engine will assess any individual link, and the effect of a link on rankings is never guaranteed.
  • Being linked from a member site that later loses quality or is penalised could reflect on your site.

How we reduce the risk

  • Topical relevance first: links are only placed between sites whose topics match (similarity scored from your crawled content).
  • A quality bar for every member: technical health of at least 60, an indexable homepage, and no spam signals such as thin content, link selling or restricted niches.
  • Never reciprocal: if site B links to site A, A will never link back to B, and we avoid short loops (A→B→C→A). Sites in the same workspace never link to each other.
  • Strict caps: at most 1 network link per article, 4 new links to any site per month, and the same pair of sites at most once every 90 days.
  • Natural anchors: descriptive, varied anchor text; exact-match keyword anchors are kept rare.
  • The network stays switched off until at least 200 sites meet the quality bar, so links come from a broad, varied pool.

Your control

  • Joining is opt-in and free while the network is in waitlist mode.
  • You can pause or leave at any time from the Network tab. Leaving stops new links in both directions immediately.
  • Links already published stay in the articles where they appear; you can edit or remove any link in your own articles in your CMS at any time.
  • You stay responsible for the content you publish on your site.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to track brands in ways that violate law or the AI providers’ terms, to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringing, or to overload it with automated audits.
